Admission Procedure

Application form should be obtained for admission along with the prospectus from the college office during working hour for in the prescribed form on payment of Rs.100.00 (One Hundred) only. Application so received from the deserving candidates are scrutinized and verified. Admission to the college is strictly on merit with a final approval from the Principal subject to the verification of the testimonials in originals such as-

1) Certificate from the head of the institution read last.
2) H.S.L.C. Examination Admit Card.
3) Marksheets of last examinations passed
4) Reserved quota certificates.

Only fresh students are eligible to get admission. However any student whose continuity in study has been broken for not more than 3 (three) years due to different reasons may seek admission but they will have to produce a gap-certificate from the competent authority such as judicial affidavit/Gazetted officer or medical officer explaning the cause of gap at the time of admission reservation of seats for students belonging to S.C., S.T., O.B.C. and M.O.B.C are strictly maintained. 2 seats are reserved both in H.S. and Degree courses for the students with outstanding performance in the field of sports and culture. Five seats each for H.S.., Degree are also reserved for the family members of the college staff and 2% seats for each course are also reserved for the principal’s discretionary quota.

All these reserved seats are allotted on merit-cum-proficiency basis. Candidates seeking admission against reserved quota must submit the requisite certificates along with their admission form.

Rank holder and distinction holder students in seba/ahsec Examinations are offered free admission.

The date of interview and admission is declared by the authority in due time and a candidate are required to come for admission with all relevant original documents. Candidate failing to approach on notified date and time of admission will lose his/her claim for admission.

  MAJOR ADMISSION :

The schedule for admission to major courses is the same with that of general admission. Students willing to offer Major course shall have to apply to the Head(s) of the department of the concerned subject along with attested photostat copies of marksheet of H.S.L.C. and H.S.S.L.C. or equivalent examinations and on obtaining permission from the Hod of the concerned department he/she will have to submit the application along with the admission form to the college office.

  INTERVIEW CUM ADMISSION SCHEDULE :

Prospectus, Academic Calendar and Application forms for admission to the different classes can be obtained from the college office at all working hours with a payment of Rs. 100 only.
The dates for interview cum admission of different courses are scheduled as follows :

  APPLICATION FORM FOR H.S. IST YEAR :

Date of Issue - Within 7 days from the date of announcement of the H.S.L.C. result.
Date of submission - Within 10 days from the date of announcement of the H.S.L.C. result. Selection list will be circulated within 3 days from the last date of form submission.
Date of Admission - Date of admission will be notified separately

  ADMISSION FOR H.S. 2ND YEAR :

Within 10 (ten) days from the date of declaration of H.S. Ist year result. Prospectus with Academic Calendar and Application Form can be obtained from the Office during working hours after cheap replica watches the declaration of result.
New Session will be started after 15 days from the date of declaration of the H.S. Ist Year result.

  APPLICATION FORM FOR T.D.C. IST SEMESTER :

Date of Issue - Within 7 days from the date of announcement of the H.S. result.

Date of submission - Within 10 days from the date of announcement of the H.S. result Selection list will be circulated within 3 days from the last date of form submission.

Date of Admission - Date of admission will be notified separately.

Classes of 1st semester will be started after Seven days from the first date of admission.

Classes of every Semester of the three years Degree Course will begin just after the seven days from the date of admission/from the end of every End Semester Examinations.

N.B.:- Students shall have to produce original certificates, Mark Sheets etc. at the time of Interview and admission.
