Janata college, Serfanguri has an Internal Quality Assurance Cell established in the year 2005. Presently, Dr. Romeo Rwtin Lokobok, Assistant Professor, Department of English is the Coordinator of IQAC. The IQAC has been entrusted with various powers and responsibilities for the all round development of the college. The IQAC organizes conferences, seminars and workshops. The IQAC also works on documenting different programmes and activities conducted in the premises of the college. The institution has vested IQAC the power to prepare Annual Budget of the college. The IQAC also empowered to prepare action plan regarding academic matters and reserves power to run and suggest the various sub-committees. The IQAC keeps records of students’ achievement along with self-appraisal report of the teaching and non-teaching staff.
